your RMAs. RMA handling is real time, you can print out the packing slip and it
is available 24 X 7. The new site is user friendly and your login information is
the same as the old system, however if you experience an issue with the new LXE
ServicePass website, Please call 877-493-0947 or 770-449-0154 and press 4. You will
be directed to a Customer Service Specialist who will help determine what the issue
is and engage the proper resources to correct it.
